The monthly rent payment covers the apartment, linen and laundry service, housekeeping, meals, access to our social and activity programs, limited transportation, amenities, and basic utilities. Care and medication assistance are additional services and offered based on resident need and preference. We can partner with long-term care insurance companies, and we work with the Veterans Administration to help access available assisted living benefits – making it easier for families to plan and feel confident in the care their loved ones receive.
