Hospitality Package of Services

All monthly rents include a private apartment with kitchenette and private Bath with large walk in shower, continuious life enrichment activity support throughout the day, as well as our Hospitality Package of services. Our specially trained 24 hour staff are under the direction and supervision of a Full time Registered Nurse.

We especially focus on the Aging Couple and have several apartment sizes available. We offer a choice in apartment styles for all needs.  We particularly focus on the aging couple where the well spouse is caring their loved one.  At Highgate couples can live together in the same apartment regardless of care needs.  The well spouse lives at Highgate for a nominal fee and gets a much deserved rest while Highgate provides the care needed for the declining spouse...and they can just focus on enjoying their day together. Your loved ones deserve peace of mind at this stage of their lives.  After many years together...a couple deserves the right to stay together regardless of the care needs of one of them.

Highgate offers a unique and more affordable Assisted Living environment. Our unique Life Enhancement Program is designed to create a day...every day...for the older adult who may be declining due to poor nutrition and hydration, lack of socialization and mental stimulation, and neglected daily exercise.  It is our unique programming that allows a aging adult thrive because their every day life is enhanced enhanced with meaningful engagement and activity.

Highgate offers four levels of Assisted Living Services. For residents requiring increased staff time beyond Level 3, we provide Enhanced Care with cost based on the resident's individual need of staff time. This allows a resident to stay in assisted living longer and receive the additional care they need in the warm environment of their own apartment.

Negotiated service plans are individually developed with resident, family, physician and the Highgate nurse and adapted specifically to the residents' preferences. Service plans will be initially reviewed in 30 days after move-in and scheduled regularly thereafter.
