Positions Available:
Caregiving Associate - full time
A caregiving associate will be an important member of the team and will provide loving hands on care. Highgate will provide training to a person with the right “heart” for the position. Need caring and fun loving applicants to apply.
Life Enhancement Specialist
Highgate Wenatchee is seeking a person who enjoys providing meaningful activities to persons with memory decline. Our Life Enhancement Specialists are trained in our unique programming that is intended to provide meaningful quality of life as well a slow down the progression of memory decline by keeping residents engaged. In our Lifestyle Programming, we use social activity, exercise, music, aromatherapy, massage, and mental stimulation in order to help keep our residents engaged. We understand the need to keep the resident mentally and physically involved in order to delay further memory decline. It is our goal to keep residents safely involved and active. Oftentimes, we find that our unique programming will serve as an alternative to medications when behavior issues occur. The successful candidate is energetic, positive, loving, compassionate, and reliable.
