Assisted Living Package of Services:
Hospitality Package of services that is included in all levels of Assisted Living:
- 3 daily meals
- Transportation
- Weekly housekeeping
- Emergency calls system
- Changing and laundering of bed/bath linens
- Utilities
- 24 hour trained staff
- Scheduled activity program
- Full time registered nurse
- Weekly Wellness Clinic
- Apartment Maintenance
- Telephone and cable TV hookups (Cable TV Programming and Personal Telephone are not included in the monthly rent)
Levels of Care
Assisted Care: the cost for each level of Service (1 3) is determined by the amount of staff time involved in providing each service. The service plan we develop together ,which is based on the residents wishes and needs, helps to determine which services are wanted and how often. Once the service plan is completed, the amount of service time required is calculated. This total indicates the Level that will be charged.
Enhanced Care: Beyond Level 3 is Enhanced Care, based on a point system. In this way you pay only for the services you need. Even better, your monthly cost does not change from month to month. The only time monthly assisted living services change, is when your service level is lowered or increased. Service changes may occur following a scheduled review by our nurse or be triggered by a change in the residents health status. If an increase or decrease in service is indicated, we will schedule a meeting with you and your family member.
