Assisted Living and Memory Care at Highgate Senior Living located in Vancouver, Washington are both offered in a beautiful 'Manor House' tucked into the Hazel Dell residential neighborhood community with a wonderful view of Mount Hood.

Highgate Vancouver provides independent retirement living and assisted living for older adults as well as separate and secure memory care for those affected with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. We are conveniently located to parks, walking paths, shopping, Salmon Creek Hospital, pharmacy, movie theatres, churches, doctors and clinics. Our van is available for scheduled outings or needed transportation.

The 'Manor' at Highgate Vancouver is a smaller apartment community and because of the cozy size it is easier to move about the building for meals and activities and to meet and interact with other residents.

Residents have a choice of a spacious studio, alcove, one bedroom, or two bedroom apartment complete with kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave and a 3 piece bathroom with a large walk-in shower. You are free to furnish and decorate your new apartment as you wish and small pets are welcome so your new surroundings will immediately feel like home.
For those who want completely independent living, but access to the services and amenities of The Manor, our beautiful two bedroom Retirement Villa Duplex Homes are located conveniently but separately on the Highgate property.

We provide a continuum of care that can accommodate changing needs of a resident:

• Independent living in a separate Villa Duplex Home gives peace of mind that help is only seconds away in an emergency
• Assisted living for those needing help with activities of daily living and limited nursing services

If you love gardening but find it hard on your back, our waist-high planters in our gardener's courtyard may be just the answer.  There's a full kitchen in the Activity Room. It's perfect for entertaining family and friends with plenty of comfortable seating for family potlucks and birthday celebrations. And it's the perfect place for baking cookies with those special grandchildren. Our full-time Activities Director caters to all interests and encourages involvement. From impromptu sing-a-longs at our Grand Piano to a trip down memory lane with an old or new-found friend, there's always something interesting to do at Highgate. Convenient Design
The Manor at Highgate is a smaller apartment community. Our smaller size is warm and welcoming with beautiful landscaped gardens and courtyards. Due to the cozy size of our community, it is easier for our residents to independently find their way around the building for meals and activities…and to meet and interact with other residents. Our residents are encouraged to spend much of their time in the common areas of our community as most research indicates that socialization is the most important key in slowing down decline due to aging.
