and sitting areas invite settling in front
of the fireplace, socializing, or gazing
out into the beautiful garden or courtyard
areas, which are a key feature at every
Highgate. Artwork, plants, a warm décor,
and a great grandfather clock add to the
homey country-inn atmosphere.
In the Manor we offer
assisted living,
with all the amenities of home but with
the added benefit of personal care services
provided as needed. We also emphasize our
unique
programming called Life Enhancement which
is designed to enhance the quality of life
for an older adult. The Manor
offers a choice of private suites, ranging
from small or large studios to one and two
bedrooms or bedroom and den. All have a
kitchenette, and a large bathroom with walk-in
shower.

This is a very special part of Highgate
that welcomes people with
advancing
memory decline.
It’s a small, separate and secure part of
the manor, with the same kind of comfortable
surroundings, but with the added advantage
of more individualized care and a higher
staff to resident ratio.

At some locations, we have been
able to include
Retirement Villa Duplex Homes,
which offer complete independence and private
space, but with access to all the services
of The Manor.
