The living room has an option of a beautiful fireplace with a wooden mantel, and a unique “electric flame” that won’t burn to the touch. Each apartment has its own stacking washer and dryer and a linen closet. The Bingo Lounge is conveniently located on the third floor and our activity director designs a schedule that is intended to fit most lifestyles. The wellness room is equipped with exercise equipment and is a great way to stay in shape, or build up some new muscles. Our Activity Director can help put together an exercise program that is right for you and oversee the exercises that you do.
Parking stalls are available at no cost on a first reserved basis, and there are a few covered parking stalls available for an additional monthly fee. Small healthy pets are always a welcome addition at Highgate. (Please ask us about our pet policies.) Apartment Style
Access to assistance on a regular or intermittent basis is available and care may be added when a resident wishes, without moving to a different apartment. It is up to you! It's all a matter of choice! |

Our 3rd Floor, Catered Living Apartments have some added luxuries that are designed with a more Independent older adult in mind. Residents can choose between one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 600 sq. ft. to 850 sq. ft. The kitchens are larger and have cook-tops and ranges in addition to the fridge, sink and microwave.
There are two elevators located at each end of the third floor. So access to the rest of the building is very convenient. There are also four staircases for those of you who prefer the exercise
