Hospitality Package of Services

All monthly rents include a private apartment with kitchenette and private bath with large walk in shower plus our Hospitality Package of services.

Our 24-hour trained staff work under the direct supervision and oversight of a Full time Nursing Director of Resident Care.

Highgate offers four levels of Assisted Living Services in addition to the independent rate listed above.

For residents requiring increased staff time beyond Level 3, we provide Enhanced Care with cost based on the resident’s individual need of staff time. This allows a resident to stay in assisted living longer and receive additional care while remaining in the warm environment of their own apartment

Negotiated service plans are individually developed with resident, family, physician and the Highgate nurse and adapted specifically to the residents’ preferences and needs. Service plans will be initially reviewed in 30 days after move-in and scheduled regularly thereafter.
